One suggestion... you may want to suggest that customers put their "favorite T's" in the bottom half (rows 3 and 4 for examaple) for one simple reason. Most of us would naturally place our favorites in the FIRST positions, but when you "display" this beautiful piece, typically hanging over the back of a sofa, the top 2 rows are actually "over the top" and it is rows 3& 4 that are in plain view. The ordering process may be started online and is very simple. The quilt ordering kit you send to your customers makes specifying all the selections and options easy. It was very convenient to have the pre-paid shipping label to use when sending in the t-shirts to your company. Your customer service is excellent. You patiently answered any questions I had about the making of the quilt, and you were always responsive to any phone calls and emails. I liked that you kept me informed at every stage of the quilt creation process. I was emailed when the t-shirts had arrived at the quilt company, and I knew when the quilt was completed and had shipped. Since the quilt was being shipped to a gift recipient, Jennifer even took photos of the completed quilt so that we could see it before it shipped. Even though this was a rush order, and the quilt was completed within a few days, the workmanship on the quilt is excellent. Jennifer, Sally, and any others who worked on this quilt did a great job with the photo square, the embroidery, the appliqué work, and the quilt layout. I realize the actual t-shirts define the look, but I think it would be nice to have several machine quilting patterns to choose from and let the customer do that. Just a couple small comments: Sizes of quilts on the order form did not agree entirely with the diagrams (e.g., "Couch Quilt" was 16 squares one place and 20 another), and two colors of sample swatches were not listed on the form.
