I would highly recommend your services to anyone considering having a quilt custom made. The ordering process may be started online and is very simple. The quilt ordering kit you send to your customers makes specifying all the selections and options easy. It was very convenient to have the pre-paid shipping label to use when sending in the t-shirts to your company.
Your customer service is excellent. You patiently answered any questions I had about the making of the quilt, and you were always responsive to any phone calls and emails. I liked that you kept me informed at every stage of the quilt creation process. I was emailed when the t-shirts had arrived at the quilt company, and I knew when the quilt was completed and had shipped. Since the quilt was being shipped to a gift recipient, Jennifer even took photos of the completed quilt so that we could see it before it shipped.
Even though this was a rush order, and the quilt was completed within a few days, the workmanship on the quilt is excellent. Jennifer, Sally, and any others who worked on this quilt did a great job with the photo square, the embroidery, the appliqué work, and the quilt layout. The colors are distributed evenly and in a pleasing manner. The quilt is superb!
Now I look forward to getting my own t-shirts together for another quilt!
